9 out of 10 days come rain or shine, I'm in a good mood. And even on that one day, anything is possible, and my mood can turn around at the flip of a switch. I tend to find joy in the smallest of things.
How do you maintain a good mood naturally?
I make sure to stay healthy- get lots of sleep, drink a lot of water and delicious food. I also surround myself with amazing positive people who are very affirming and uplifting. Laughing. Laughing is also key.
