After spending nearly 10 years having and taking care of my kids, and taking care of my home and family, I have finally realized how important it is for me to take care of my body and health. Since ive been working out, eating right, taking all of my suppliments, and keeping a clear and focused mind I feel like a different person! And I want to share this feeling with as many people as I can... Especially moms, we deserve to be good to ourselves and feel great!
I practice yoga daily, drink lots of water and eat a diet free of artificials...and get as much fresh air as possible! Playing outside with the kiddos is always fun!
