I am a happy, optimistic and energetic newlywed who is passionate about life! I am in love with being in love, good food, and Christmas.

What would make you a great representative of Nature Made SAM-e Complete®?

There are few feelings as motivating and uplifting as the one that you have when you have a strong sense of self. As a young woman in my mid-twenties, I know how important it is to not only maintain a healthy lifestyle, but to encourage my peers to do the same. Daily exercise has taken a permanent spot in my daily planner for several years now. With a combination of running & CrossFit, I am able to push myself physically and am always up for a new challenge. Along with exercising the body, you can't forget exercising your taste buds too! Just because food is healthy doesn't mean it lacks in excitement. It's healthy, balanced eating at our house every night and, of course, sneaking in something sweet every now and then. It's good for the soul. And one must not forget exercising of the mind and soul as part of our healthy ways. I can never read too many valuable bits of information and some of the best exercise of all is reaching out to lift others up with us. When you are happy with yourself, you give off positive energy and when you give off positive energy, the others around you will feel it, too.

How do you maintain a good mood naturally?

Living a healthy lifestyle is an obvious mood booster, but it's only a small piece of the big puzzle. I have a genuine passion for life that is driven by those who mean the most to me. My life is blessed in so many ways and I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by an overwhelming amount of love and a husband, family and friends to share it with. When we surround ourselves with those that give us that extra push, we are in the best place possible to do the same for others. I have found that life is not always about the big moments, but finding joy in the small moments. There is never anything too small to get excited about and there is nothing to miniscule to be thankful for. Whether it's the first kiss in the morning or the last bite of a perfect batch of risotto, every one of life's moments is never too little to be noticed. For me, it's all about the little things. I like to think that I have a special spark for life and when I’m able to share it with others, it’s impossible to do anything but smile.

What question would you add to the SAM-e Complete® Mood Quiz?

How many times a day do you say thank you for the little things?
