What would make you a great representative of Nature Made SAM-e Complete®?

To put it simply: I believe in it. There is a range of Nature Made vitamins and supplements lining the shelving in my kitchen! Want to come over and take a look? I'll fix you a cup of tea. As a practicing writer, poet and storyteller, getting the opportunity to combine my penchant for the pen with holistic alternative health practices is a rare dream. Look, how many friends do you have who've created an affirmation video, complete with written statements, music and visuals that she watches each morning? Or who sends her friends notes of love to boost them through their day? Or subscribes to Daily OM.com? If you haven't guessed, that's me, fridge stocked with greens (I put spinach in my morning smoothie, yes, you're welcome to make a face now) and on the quest for all that keeps us up, naturally. A chaser of the ever-present good mood, I am here to write about how to stay elevated, head in (or maybe just below) the clouds even when the sky is threatening to down pour. Not to mention, I'll be reporting live from one of the most difficult cities during one of the most difficult times to stay afloat! Direct from New York City: Your good mood Guru.

How do you maintain a good mood naturally?

Being a product of the New York City artistic underground has blessed me with the home remedy recipes of many a well-intentioned friend. Most of these brilliant, and struggling, individuals have developed a beautifully polished physical and mental health regime out of necessity: no health insurance! I have been a diligent pupil, and have found the following recipe to be a life saver. Literally: 1 warm bath with Epsom salts and lavender 7 days of healthy, organic meals 2 cups of hot chamomile tea (or if you have a few extra dollars, the box that says. "relaxed mind" per evening 1 stick of Nag Champa if you're new-agey enough to give it a whirl 1 daily yoga or other physical release Pinch of dancing around in your undies before the mirror (plus, a more positive body image! Two in one.) 1 daily meditation, with aid of CD guide or simply watching thoughts float by dash of non-judgement at feelings and emotions, watching your reactions 1 walk around the block when tense as-desired venting with a good friend, nothing beats it 1 daily dose of journaling, writing or creative outlet Generous heap of loving. Simple as that.

What question would you add to the SAM-e Complete® Mood Quiz?
