What would make you a great representative of Nature Made SAM-e Complete^®?

I'm a high energy gal with a love for life and a lot to say about it. Good food, great friends and a heavy dose of laughter fuel the breakneck speed at which I like to operate. You might find me on stage telling jokes at a city comedy club one night and waist-deep in a river, fly fishing with my husband by sunrise the next morning. I take great pride in my cake decorating abilities, my flair for creating pet costumes, and my ability to talk a blue streak with anyone, 7 or 70. There's no such thing as a charmed life, but there is such a thing as limitless possibilities...and I believe it helps to have an open mind and a happy heart to see them. Here's hoping my enthusiasm for life turns out to be contagious!

How do you maintain a good mood naturally?

I believe that if your friendships are healthy, everything else will fall into place. Or, worst case scenario, if you do fall apart, your friends will be there to make sure you have a soft landing. Taking time to tend to friendships and family relationships always pays off in dividends. I find that the more I share good news, good laughs and good times with the people I love, the less time I spend letting little problems fester into big messes. Friends keep us from living too long inside our own heads. They get us to take risks, get out of the house, order something off the menu we can't even pronounce and get lost trying a new route home. The people I love put a smile on my face every day. And when I need a little break from people (because we all do), I've got 85 pounds of wiggling, drooling dog exuberance that cracks me up...and he follows me everywhere I go.
