Starting off in the motor city, Detroit, becoming educated with a bachelor's degree in business in Washington D.C, and ending up in the city that doesn't sleep, New York, I have had quit a life experience in a short amount of time. People call me the Socialite, because I enjoy living life and will explore just about anything I can. Starting off in event marketing with Donald Trump, moving on to grassroots marketing with Score! Educational Center, and now running my own blog, I have had a chance to truly understand different walks of life.

I currently run my own blog @ www.imkeepingup.com where the sole purpose is to motive and inspire people to realize their potential, understand what it takes, and go for their dreams by looking at what others are doing in their community.
I also have a twitter account where I am constantly posting daily tips, motivational quotes, and positive advice based on my own experiences.
I would love to be able to share my experiences and good attitude with tons of more people.
I also have gone through things in my life that other's can relate to, and can inspire people with my strength despite my hardtimes.
How do you maintain your good mood naturally?
Here are a few ways I maintain my good mood naturally:
1. I have learned how to turn every negative situation into a positive situation, by understanding that every situation we are put in, is simply a lesson for us to learn. I realize that I must learn life lessons in order to go from "good" to "great", so I have learned to accept my life lessons.
2. I have learned to find other methods to express myself whenever something is about to bother me. I blog, cook, read, and listen to music to express myself in a creative way instead of a negative way.
3. I surround myself with postive and like minded people. These people encourage me, but most importantly their actions inspire me to feel better about myself.
4.I make sure I am constantly making "me" time for myself. I make sure to treat myself with spa treatments, go to new resturants, take vacations, etc. If you take time to pamper yourself....you remain happy!
