Q: Can I take SAM-e with my Nature Made Multi for Her and Calcium?
Yes, SAM-e Complete can be taken with your regular vitamin and mineral routine. There are no interactions between SAM-e Complete and your multivitamin or calcium. Actually SAM-e can be taken with any vitamin or mineral. The only constraint is that SAM-e works best on an empty stomach and many vitamins or minerals work better with food. This can be solved easily by taking them at different times.
