Yes, SAM-e comes in both 400 mg and 200 mg tablets. It is better to buy the 200 mg SAM-e rather than cutting the 400 mg in half. SAM-e is enteric coated and specially designed to increase absorption. Cutting the tablet will break the enteric coating and possibly decrease absorption.
