Q: Do you take 2-tablets at once or should you take one tablet twice a day?

You can choose to do either. Because everybody's bodys are different, there is no one way to take your SAM-e Complete. Some prefer to take their SAM-e in one dose in the morning, while others spread the dose out to 2 or 3 times per day. Just pay attention to how you feel and see what works best for you!
