Does SAM-e Complete promote the growth of new cartilage?
Multiple clinical trials have shown that SAM-e decreases symptoms associated with osteoarthritis. The exact mechanism for this effect is not known, however there is some evidence that SAM-e stimulates the growth of Articular cartilage. This has not definitively been proven.
