Should I stop SAM-e immediately if it is worsening my Rosacea?
Although SAM-e is not known to worsen the symptoms of Rosacea, individuals can react differently to various supplements or medications. If tolerable, it is reasonable to try a week or two of SAM-e to see if the effect on the Rosacea persists before deciding to discontinue it. In general SAM-e is very well tolerated.
