Q: Will SAM-e stay fresher if refrigerated?

Thank you for your great question. It is not recommended to refrigerate SAM-e Complete. The SAM-e tablets are sensitive to moisture, and even though they are in a blister pack, it is best to not refrigerate them due to the refrigerator's high moisture content.
