Be a Hit at Your Next Cookout with this Homemade Guacamole
Here's a great recipe for homemade guacamole that you can bring to your next BBQ or cookout.

You will need:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
• Cut each avocado in half, remove the rind and mash the avocados in a bowl.
• Dice the tomatoes and stir them in.
• Add the red onion.
• Add the juice from one lime.
• Finely chop the garlic and stir it in as well.
• Add salt, pepper and cilantro, to taste.
(Tip: Make this at the last minute before your party, and if you leave the avocado seeds in, they should help to keep your guac from turning brown.)
Guacamole is a smash hit at any party, and if you impress your fellow party-goers with this recipe, it’s bound to put a smile on your face! What are some of your favorite summer party staples?
