Find Clarity From Within
“Your vision will become clear
only when you look into your heart.
Those who look outside, dream.
Those who look inside, awaken.”
~Carl Jung
We are all so busy racing from one task to the next, chasing the items on our to-do list, and before we know it— it’s nightfall again. We head to bed and repeat the same cycle again the next day.

Being busy and constantly “doing” doesn’t bring us clarity. It doesn’t make us feel purposeful or fulfilled. While getting things done can have a temporarily relief in that we crossed another item off our list, I think being stuck in being busy will only make us feel more frazzled and mentally cluttered.
Clarity doesn’t come from being busy or rushing. Clarity comes when we silence the noise in our minds so that the song of our hearts can be heard.
How to do this? Create time each day---preferably first thing in the morning and/or last thing before bed---to sit silently. Close your eyes if you like, and just do some focused deep breathing. Feel your whole being calming down. And observe as the thoughts racing in your mind slow down.
If you are faced with any dilemma, or you want answers to a particular problem, ask yourself during these times of silence on how you shall proceed. Listen carefully to your gut, what was the first answer that came to your heart?
You always have the answer, even if you don’t yet believe it. We all have wisdom within us greater than we now realize. It is in these moments of silent where we have access to that wisdom and clarity. Make time and space for this silence. It’ll be worth it, you’ll see!

i am a new visitor of this beautiful website and feel that it will go a long way in setting the tunes right. I fully agree with the quotation by Carl Jung that looking within yourself is a great thing and realizing the same is better than great. Wish you all the best
