Give a Smile: Thanks for Your Help!
A few weeks ago, I wrote about a campaign we kicked off called Give a Smile, in which we invited fans of Nature Made SAM-e Complete® to perform social media actions that would each result in a donation to kids in need. Through our donation to The Dream Factory in exchange for your social media actions, SAM-e Complete® is happy to be able to help sponsor the dreams of children like Adam, Andrew and Shay.
Now we’re also excited to announce that we donated $25,000 total—not only to help these youngsters—but we’re helping two more kids, Jeiro and Saeyoung, have their dreams come true as well. Here’s a little information about each of these kids:
Jeiro, 4 - Los Angeles, CA – This young man will soon be well enough to leave the confines of his hospital room in order to go and meet his grandparents for the very first time. A two-week vacation to the Philippines late in the fall for a long overdue introduction is the perfect dream for Jeiro!
Saeyoung, 13 - Newnan, GA – This rising 8th grader is about as selfless as they come. Since her family has undergone hardship in order to help care for her, Saeyoung wants to thank them for everything they have done for her by going to The Mall of America in Minnesota to buy each of them a special gift.
We are overjoyed that we’re able to help with these kids’ dreams, and we want to thank everyone who contributed their time and online social actions in order to help these kids out.
