Meet Carrie Vincent – 100,000 Heartbeats For Women from Nature Made on Vimeo.
Many women aren’t as informed about their heart health as they need to be, so Nature Made and WomenHeart : The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease, are joining forces to educate and empower women to take charge of their heart health in the 100,000 Heartbeats for Women campaign.
You can help this important cause, and it is easy as sharing with your friends, as your social media actions equal donations from Nature Made. Watching videos, sharing the stories on Facebook and Twitter, and entering a sweepstakes are all easy ways for you to help. For each one of the actions you perform, Nature Made will make a donation on your behalf, up to $100,000!
Just by watching this video, we will contribute $3 dollars to the campaign. Share with your friends and help raise money for this great cause. Knowing that one small action can make a huge difference in someone else’s life is enough to put anyone in a good mood.

I was the perfect picture of health and always have been. I was exercising daily, both cardiovascularly and with weight trainging when I had my heart attack at the young age of 40. I had to be resuscitated 3x and spent almost 72 hours on life support in the ICU.
I am 44 now and have wanted to share my story to inform women of the symptoms. In looking back, and knowing what I know now, I see it clearly but as so many women do, I just kept puuting one foot in front of the other because I had small children, a job, and a family to take care of. I want to spread the word also now. I want to be involved in the organization. Please help.
