Karen Salmansohn Recommends SAM-e in AMNY

In her AM New York Magazine advice column, One-Minute Career Therapy, best-selling author Karen Salmansohn recommends 3 ways that debt stress might affect you.

The first tip, “Recognize that stress and depression deplete your overall health,” tells readers that stressors might be doing more harm than they realize, and taking a supplement such as SAM-e may be helpful in replenishing those vitamins that your body has lost in times of stress.
