Monthly “Me” Time: Exercise You Love
After talking to a friend today, we both came to the conclusion that we would do more exercise if it were only more FUN.
For instance, I’ve never been much of a runner, personally, but I can see how other people really enjoy it. I just get about 50 feet before I’m thinking, “Can I stop now?” On the other hand, I really love using exercise videos at home to stay fit. So, for this month’s “Monthly ‘Me’ Time” meme, I’m sending out a call to get other bloggers out here to tell all about their favorite workouts.
Exercise can be an important element to helping establish a good mood. I know I always feel a lot more positive when my endorphins are charged and I’ve got that residual energy keeping me upbeat and lively.
Even if you’re not an athlete, there’s surely some activity out there that puts you in a good mood. Do like to take a walk before sunset? Or is a stationary exercise bike more your speed? What are you doing this month to make some time for a physical activity you love?

After the passing of my father, I started taking sam-e. I see a nutrition doctor who tested me and my body tested for 2/400 mg per day. I take one in the morn. and one in the afternoon. I feel no adverse side affects, although I started feeling itchy. Sounds funny, but when my mom died 7 years ago, I tried taking wellbutrin and after two weeks on the product, I started feeling itchy and it drove me to taking benedryl and I stopped. I have been reading other sites on sam-e and they are not recommending 800mg/day. I wonder, should I be re-tested to see if my body has adjusted and maybe I should go down to 400mg/day? I love how the sam-e makes me feel and I hope it does not have any ill effects on my body.
