I can't express my thanks enough to the makers of Sam-E. I'm a married, fulltime employed mother of 5 girls. I thought my mood swings were associated with my set up in life. I saw the commercial for Sam-E several times and remember saying to myself "What a waste of time, all women have mood swings, especially with a big family like myself." Recently, I while purchasing my kids vitamins, I saw Sam-E. I read the box and it said I may notice a difference in 7 to 14 days. I put the box down! I said "For that price I want to notice a change before I put the pill in my mouth!" When I went to the counter, I noticed the cashier ringing it up. I asked my girls, "Who put that in the buggy?" My 6 year old said that she thought I was going to see if it worked before I put the pill in my mouth, and she wanted to see too! So, that afternoon I took one. I didn't notice a change at all.(so I thought) The next morning I took another, I still didn't feel a difference. I drove my kids to the park. When I'm driving, I need complete silence and suffer with bad road rage. I turned on my radio and the girls started singing (off key and loud) Guess what? I started singing with them. My skin normally crawls; I get really mean and aggravated. Not this time! Let me remind you, it was only day 2. I LOVE SAM-E!!!!! I've told all my co-workers. My husband wants to take the entire box because he was in shock and did not believe me. I hid it! I’ve told all of my co-workers. It should be called a Miracle-E.

Who I think needs Sam-e Complete and why:
Erica Kane is her name.
Revenge and deceit are her games.
She should be most ashamed.

Stephanie Forrester definitely needs some Sam-e because she is always meddling in her sons Thorne and Ridge's love lives. The Sam-e will do wonders for her.

While all the women and most of the men on the ABC Soaps that I watch, could benefit from using Sam-E Complete, I believe crazy Annie Lavery(soon to be Mrs. Adam Chandler)is at the top of the list. Her mood swings are as frequent as a pendulum in a cucukoo clock. Mr. Chandler is a few sandwiches short of a picnic & could use some help with his mood from Sam-E Complete,also.

Annie Lavery most certainly needs Sam-e. She is nuttier than a fruitcake, and could benefit from the mood stabilizing properties of Sam-e! And while we're at it, most of Pine Valley really could use Sam-e thanks to all of Ms. Lavery;s shenanigans. Poor Adam will need to be placed at the top of this list!!!

I think Adam, Victor's bad son, on Y&R needs Sam E. He has major mood swings..

Sammy Brady could definatly use Sam-E, she is a prim canidate to use this fine product as it is not only her name sake, but she is a single mother, dealing with EJ, Nicole, and her many loves. I really think that Sammy has been looking a little tired...using Sam-E will bring that shine back into her eyes, the dance into her step and get the man of her life (Raffe) back. I can see her now...promoting Sam-E...no other soap star could do that...

Ssmi of "Days" sure could use Sam-E Complete. Even my husband is sick of her crying all the time. I think he could use Sami-E because he gets so stressed out watching the soaps with me.

Samantha Brady could use Sam e. Her characters name says it all.She just had her daughter Grace die which is affecting her greatly. She is called sami and is in pain from her loss and needs help with her mood.She has been abandoned by Rafe her daughter and family .

Blair Kramer from One Life to Live surely could use some SAM-e, as often as she has gone back and forth with Todd Manning. And I have watched the show for years, she still can't make up her mind who and want she wants. Her moods are from being an angel to others and other times, she can be an evil witch. If she had some SAM-e, she would probably choose Todd, for a while anyways, then want to divorce him later.

I think that Adam Chandler would benefit from SAM-e.

Olivia on The Guiding Light should have SAM-E. Olivia recently discovered that she was in love with another woman. After professing her love to her, shortly after that, the other woman discovers she is pregnant. This woman goes away without telling Olivia and Olivia is "fit to be tied" and has had terrible mood swings. She has even slept with one of her ex-husbands. Perhaps SAM-E would help her.

Sammy Brady on Days of Our Lives definitely could use some SAM-e Complete. She always has such major mood swings and gets upset really easily. I bet if she started taking SAM-e Complete she would be a little more mellow and happy, and might be better at staying out of trouble. Of course, the show wouldn't be quite as interesting then.

None of the soap characters need SAM-e. That would make TV much to boring to see. The soaps are suppossed to be all about drama indeed.

On Days of our Lives, everyone was running around with each other's husbands/boyfriends/wives/girlfriends;all the children were being kidnapped;serial killers were bashing people's heads, so either they died or developed amnesia; some were lost at sea;some were locked up for revenge; some were switching each other's babies. Then, one day, someone started taking Sam-E; his whole mood changed from mad to pleasant; others started following suit and taking Sam-E. Pretty soon, all the husbands and wives went back home where they belonged; the kidnapped kids were returned unharmed; babies were unswitched and revenges were forgotten. Amnesiacs remembered who they were and lovers lost at sea returned to waiting arms. Everyone began to love one another. Since there were no terrible plots left to deal with, everyone went home and they all lived happily ever after, one dose of Sam-E at a time.

I am not a soap opera fan. My hobby is growing & starting new plants. I have
an abundance of them, & it's a lot of work,
but I enjoy it. I have read of Sam-e Complete but have never tried it.I am in my eighties, & sure could use something for stabilizing my mood when things don't go quite right. Sam-e Complete sounds like it is just what I could use.
I do watch some T-V shows & there are several that could really use Sam-e Complete,
but I don't know their names, but when I see them acting out as they do, I think we don't need this !

as far as daytime, I am busy and do not watch but nighttime soaps how about bree hodge- actually orson looks a little like he needs some too- from desparate housewives- she could get some balance and look nourished . Lynette Scavo could use a little for energy and to get it back together since the kids drive her nuts. Teri Hatcher/susan mayer could use some just to get balanced and not be so off and clumsy.

How about Captain Stottlemeyer from Monk, the defective detective. Monk & everyone else around the captain seemed to get him riled up pretty easily. they really knew how to push his buttons. Maybe they all wouldn't have gotten in so many jams if he had a little more calmness about him.

sam-e is a wonderful supliment i'm sure but i believe it would take more than sam-e to help annie lavery and dr. david; they should get the top awards for the most coniving , sneaking and just plain mean!!!!

SAM-e would be a great service for the character of Ashley on the Young and the Restless, played by Eileen Davidson. The poor character is enduring a hysterical pregnancy and being made to think she is losing her mind. She can be up one moment and down the next. In addition, she is seeing dead people and just acting outside of her normal personality. Thus, she is a good candidate for your product and it would most likely save her sanity and life. Since with this product she will regain her emotions and once again be able to think rationally. Please advise the writers about SAM-e immediately. Thank you for allowing my suggestion.

I personally started taking SamE when I acquired a condition called Fibromyalgia. The doctor basically told me I needed an attitude adjustment to accept what my lifestyle would be. It has helped without me needing prescription med for attitude.

Doreen,the self proclaimed matriarch of the Cramer women, truly could use SAM-e. She is the vicious drama queen who can't seem to keep a man. Maybe SAM-e would soften her demeanor. Then perhaps,she could land one of the single guys on One Life To Live. Maybe even Todd. What a pair they would make!

Ashley is in desperate need of SAM-e. Between Victor doing things to prevent her working for her father's company and his son Adam making her think that she is crazy ,she's in desperate need of a mood stabilizer. She is so confused that she thinks hiting Nickie with the car was a dream.If someone asks her if she wants another cup of tea, I think I will vomit.

I think that Stacey on One Life to Life needs Sam-e. along with Todd, Dorian, & Blair.
They are all negative people, & need some positive influences other than people in their live. The positive people in their life have been unable to make a differnce, & they would benefit from the effects of the effects of Sam-e on their relative, r=friends, & partners.

If there's anyone who needs mood improvement and all around personality change, it's Alan Spaulding on The Guiding Light. The potential is there (slightly), but needs to be pulled out. Maybe it'll happen before the show is cancelled in September.

Annie Lavery! She needs SAM-e! I think she doesn't even know if she is sane or not anymore. Poor Emma. If Annie doesn't get some help soon, Emma will need SAM-e when she grows up. Annie has history of trauma and her mood is all over the place. Sometimes on purpose, but sometimes not. She's scary. (OK, if this were a real situation, think of the children. My kids and husband see me in my mood swings once a month, sometimes more often as I get older and I regret it later. I'm no Annie and far far from it, but reading about SAM-e, in helping my moods and improving family life, I'm going to try it.) Just printed off the coupon!

David Hayward from All My Children
A force to be reckoned with, the villainous doctor is portrayed as never being without romance or at least pursuing one. As Chief of Staff and Cardiologist/Cardiac Surgeon for Pine Valley hospital, ample drugs are available to this on going rival to the Marin family. The drugs have become handy when he deals with his rivals, the rest of the cast! One would think David, as a cardiologist would understand the inner workings of the heart. Yet, David, angry, depressed and broken hearted never seems to deal with his own issues. Instead he continually seeks out revenge on other members of Pine Valley to mentally and sometimes physically tortures them. His handsome face quickly gets him noticed, but he is “one of those cuties” who soon becomes unattractive to most due to his cruel and manipulative personality. Sure David has experienced much emotional distress with his children dying off and wives leaving him. As one can see, David needs the benefits of Sam-E! He needs to get a calm mood and a happy heart. That, and a lot of ongoing therapy!

Soap stars get paid to be emotional and stressed. I on the other hand am in customer service and let me tell you it is a lot easier since taking SAM E to believe that "the customer is always right" when nothing really upsets you or frustrates you. I love SAM E

Adam Chandler of All My Children most certainly could have used Sam-E. It was his dramatic mood swings, or it could have been his twin brother that made it seem like his moods were forever changing. And not always for the better. The more I think about it the more I realize that both could have benefitted from using it on a regular basis.

I think the character from House - Gregory House - should take SAM-e. I realize he has a pain issue but besides that his moods must be what gives him what I like to call diarrhea of the mouth. John--Days of Our Lives--needs SAM-E. Over the past twenty years, he's been Roman (cop and lover), then himself, then married to a woman he didn't really love, then part of a family that wanted to rid Salem of others, and so forth.

The mood swings, the demonic possessions, all that could be helped by a daily helping of SAM-E!

Marcia Cross' character, Bree Hodge on Desperate Housewives, in my opinion may be the best benefactor with the use of SAM-e. Bree has gone through many stressful situations that have put her in the wrong path, such as alcohol, and OCD. Her character should follow the instructions on the Naturemade SAM-e label, and in about two weeks she should feel more relaxed, less stressed, and happier...like Snow White when she is with the 7 Dwarves.

I think all the characters on Guiding Light need SamE! The best soap opera ever, as well as the longest running one, is being cancelled! The writers have gone crazy with thinking up stupid scripts for all of them! Maybe the writers need SamE to get their story lines to make sense! This series should not be canecelled but revived with better script writers!

I think all the characters on Guiding Light need SamE. The present storylines are enough to make anyone moody! The program is also being cancelled, even though it is the longest running! It is the ony one I watch and the present storyones are even making me moody!

I think Brooke Logan should use Sam-E Complete. Then maybe she could make up her mind on who she wants to be with. Her true love is right in front of her but she just can't get it together. How hard is it to keep the one you love. They say the better you feel the better you look.And she is starting to look pretty old.She use to be very pretty.

I haven't watched any soaps in years, but Erica Kane would be my vote for the character most in need (maybe the e in SAM-e is for Erica?). If any TV character in general could benefit, I would say House - especially now that he's trying to kick his drug habit. As a constant pain sufferer, I know what that does to your mood and SAM-e Complete has been a great support, and I like using a natural supplement - no chemicals or drugs.

I am thankful for SAMe and so is my husband. We are newly married, 2 years, and I am starting into menopause(peri-menopause my Dr. says). I have tried all the products/RX's the Dr. prescribed and it hasn't taken away the "edge" I felt with the mood swings, aka hormonal fluctuations. My Dr. says she did not get relief from SAMe and didn't think it really worked.
I tried it anyway and am taking 400mg a day, what a difference it makes. I ran out and thought that it probably wasn't working. Boy was I wrong, within about a week, I ran down to Costco to buy some more because of my extreme irritability. I have a high stress job and it helps me to cope with all of the stressors of life.

Maybe all of us should take SAM-e. It might make us a little calmer & in a better mood. Wouldn’t that be great?

I have been giving Sam-E to my husband Fred for 3 years. It has relly helped to even his moods out. If Fred doesn't take it for a few days I can tell and ask him ' have you taken your Sam-e lately

I'm up at 3:15 every morning, without Sam-e I would not last the day. It gives me the patience and good feeling to make every day a better than the one before.

My first thought was E.J. DiMera of _Days of our Lives_. He went from making faces at his daughter to punching a wall in about 45 seconds in one recent episode. OTOH, don't tell Nicole -- she already thinks EJ has too much Sami (oops Sam-E) in his life!

I think Kendal Hart Slater should get the Sam-e. She has been in constant termoil since her heart surgery. Not to mention her indecision of which man to be with, the near loss of her son's life, accused, charged and plead guilty to Stuarts murder and now having to hide out so that she can be with her son's and husband. Boy that would make anyones mood run like a roller coaster.

Erica Kane. Anyone who has been on a soap opera that long needs Sam-E!

The person I can most relate to on television that could use Sam-e Complete is Judith Harper from Two and a Half Men.

There are most likely many women out there (a few in my office) who are very much "Judith's". Trying to cope with life due to their emotional trampoline.

Judith is moody, considers her life in upheavel, left Alan thinking it was the cure all...and yet she still seems to always be having an inner battle.

Sam-e Complete would give Judith the emotional balance to see her life more clearly. It would fit in with her busy lifestyle and provide a natural cure to get her back on track.

Everyone who follows these shows!

Bill O'Reilly needs Sam-e to help stabilize his mood. He snaps at guests and seems like he is on an emotional rollercoaster. Sam-e Complete would mellow him out, while still getting his point across.

I feel there would have been fewer complications in the llves of those involved with Nellie's Mother on Little House on the Prarie and surely she'd be a whole lot more fun to be around if only Sam-e was available then in The General Store!

I think the audience needs the Sam-e!

Maybe with Sam-e J.R would not have been shot and the girls of Dynasty would not have pulled each others hair out in a cat fight
