I've been on Sam-E complete for several months now so I no longer growl I purr.:) This works. Though not cheap, it's well worth it to laugh again. I can't "not" take it! Yes, it means that much to me. To smile, to laugh, to enjoy life again is well worth the price to me. It may take 2 weeks, but the wait is worth it. I simply decided it wouldn't hurt to try it, so after a couple weeks when friends and family commented on my improved attitude, I knew what it was. Been on it ever since.
