I sure enjoy bringing you articles and bits of wisdom from all over the web, so I thought I would share some of the other blogs out there that have great things to say about staying in a good mood naturally. SAM-e Complete is one way to stay in a good mood naturally; however, here are some other blogs that offer helpful tips to improve your mood. Besides, reading in and of itself is great for your mental health. Let me know which ones are your favorites.
• The Good Mood Food Blog – I have written before about foods that can help uplift your mood, as well as comfort foods that can make you feel great. This blog takes that idea a step further and presents ideas for recipes that are sure to make you feel great.
• Positivity Blog – One of the ways to feel great about yourself and find your good mood is by thinking positively. The Positivity Blog has an array of tips, tricks, and motivating ideas that will help you spark that piece of yourself that can help you overcome whatever stands in your way.
• Simple Organized Life – Part of maintaining a good mood naturally is by keeping balance when it comes to your material possessions, too. I’ve mentioned before how maintaining organization and getting rid of clutter can do wonders for your mood, and Simple Organized Life is a great blog for tips and tricks to keep things in order.
• Zen Habits – If you want to change your life for the better, you have to realize that it won’t happen over night. You have to develop good habits and ways of being proactive when it comes to health and lifestyle. Zen Habits presents a variety of blog posts spanning everything from exercise to computers to make your life simpler and ultimately happier.
• Pick the Brain – I’ve linked to Pick the Brain before, and with good reason. This blog presents ways of maintaining productivity and ways to “get things done” even in the face of apathy and procrastination. • Dumb Little Man – You aren’t and won’t be any dumber for checking this blog out, as it is an excellent source of “tips for life” that will put you in a good mood for sure. There are plenty of “how to’s” and lists here, so the reading is easy and uplifting. Check out articles like 20 Things I’m Glad Life Taught Me for inspiration.
• The Happiness Project – With a name like this, you know you’re on to something. This blog is focused around Gretchen Rubin’s book of the same name in which she explores every one of the “rules for living” she encounters. On the blog, she recounts these experiences, exploring what works and what doesn’t.
• Work Happy Now! – Work isn’t necessarily, for some, the first place you think of when associated with the word “happy,” but for others, their job is an enlightening and enriching experience. If you are having trouble making your workplace a location that makes you feel good about yourself, check out Work Happy Now! for tips.
• Epicute – Ok, so while this blog isn’t focused on ways to improve your mood, the content will do the trick nonetheless. The foods featured here are all dolled up to look like pieces of art. It’s amazing what a little creativity and the right ingredients can accomplish.
• Feelgood Style – Part of being in a good mood is feeling good about how you look and your personal style. You don’t have to compromise fashion for integrity, though, and Feelgood Style will help you realize how. They’ve got articles on everything from eco-friendly jewelry to sustainable footwear.
